Float Top Up helps you continue serving customers even when your float is low or exhausted.
When you start a transaction, ChapChap automatically checks whether you qualify for a float top up. This depends on the transactions you have completed during the current month.
If you qualify, an “Insufficient Funds” message will appear asking if you would like to get a top up.
Tap “Get Top Up”, and the transaction will be completed immediately, allowing you to continue serving your customer.
There is no need to repay manually. Whenever you add float later, the system will automatically deduct the outstanding top up amount first.
